Home Sleep Study
The patient completes a diagnostic sleep study in the comfort of home.

Auto CPAP Trial
Therapy begins with an auto-adjusting CPAP
Over a seven-day period, we monitor results and guide the patient throughout, then conduct a two-night diagnostic study on CPAP to prove results. When successful, the patient is referred to a DME company for equipment and supplies.
If Auto CPAP Fails

Auto BiLevel
If Auto CPAP fails, therapy steps up to an auto-adjusting BiLevel.
If Auto CPAP trial fails, a 7 day Auto BiLevel is scheduled as Auto CPAP. Same monitoring support.
If Auto BiLevel Fails

ASV Therapy
If this happens, we will consult with a DME company to obtain ASV
Patients who still aren’t responding aren’t left hanging. We consult a partnered DME company to obtain ASV

DME Companies
Orders go to the patient's DME company for equipment setup and supplies
Once the patient is ready to continue, the order goes to the DME company for setup and supplies. We handle the outsourcing and patient education.
